#16 How to Use Your Menstrual Cycle to Improve Your Business & Life

Ok this episode blew me away! Renae Fieck teaches us in this episode how to use our menstrual cycle to improve our business and life. Say WHAT?!

When I thought about menstrual cycles I just thought of how much I hate it. I NEVER thought about how I could tap into my cycle to improve my life! Seriously this episode for me has been life changing and I can't wait to see what you think!

Week 1 - Rest Week

The first 3 days of your period are your rest days. Try to take it easy, binge watch netflix, take some baths, eat iron packed foods etc. The rest of the week is your planning/scheduling phase. So get out your calendar and map out what the rest of your month is going to look like for your business and personal life.

Week 2 - Warrior Week

The week after your period is when you feel like you are on top of the world and can do anything! This is a great week to get things done! Especially the things you don't particularly like doing.

Week 3 - Social Week

This week is when you're ovulating. You body is programed to look more appealing in order to attract a mate. So this is the perfect week to go to networking events, hang out with friends, do your podcast episode and do anything with people!

Week 4 - Inner Week

Also known as PMS week. This week is a very emotional and raw week. This isn't the best week to go out and network, speak etc. but this is the perfect week to write your blog/social media posts. You'll be able to tap into those emotions and write authentic content. And then we're back to week 1!

So if you feel like you're all over the place and can't be consistent day in and day out....well...it's true! But instead of feeling guilt and shame, use your cycle to your advantage and get the most out of your period! Connect with Renae!
